Be able to remove a battery, but keep history

I don't even know that I can't do it, but I would like to be able to mark a battery as "dead" or "retired" so that I can keep the history and associated information on the "Batteries" tab, but I want it to not show up as an available "Flight" battery. I hope this makes sense and you see a use for this feature, assuming it can't already be done, and I just don't know how.

You sure can do that. Just hit the red X on the right side of the battery you want to deactivate. No data will be lost, but the battery won't show up in the drop downs anymore. You can also re-activate deactive batteries if you change your mind.

When I see a BIG RED X I get scared, thanks for the info. I didn't want to make an irreversible mistake

That's understandable. But I'm a packrat when it comes to data. Never delete anything. Lol
